1.The JBC insulation piercing connectors are used to achieve contact by simultaneously piercing the insulation for majority types
of LV-ABC conductors as well as connections in service line system, building electrical system and street lighting system.

simple and reliable. It can be installed with power only by using socket wrench.

Cost saving: the installation space is very small, and the bridge and civil engineering costs are saved. For application in
buildings, terminal box and junction box are not required,No need for cable return, saving cable investment. The cost of

Installation method
Installation legend of single-screw insulation piercing clamp
1. Adjust the piercing clamp nut to the proper position, and insert the branch line completely into the branch line cap.
2. Insert the main line. If the main line has two layers of insulating skin, peel off a certain length of outer insulating skin
at the connection position.
3. Place the main/branch line in the proper position and keep it parallel. Screw down the nut by hand and fix the clamp.
4. Tighten the nut evenly with the sleeve wrench with the corresponding size until the top is broken off and the installation is completed.

Installation legend of double-screw insulation piercing clamp
1. First unscrew the wire clamp and clip the main line into the main line slot. Do not clip the main line and the knife edge askew.
Note whether the wire diameter range corresponds to this clamp.
2. Then put the branch line into the branch line slot. Precautions are the same as above.
3. Tighten with a socket wrench. Do not use an open-ended wrench.
4. Note that the two nuts should be screwed down synchronously in sequence.
5. The constant torque nut is broken when it is tightened to a certain degree. Installation is complete.
